I'm an editorial and commercial photographer who contributes to Zuma Press, Sipa USA, and other photo agencies. I previously worked as a reporter and photographer for Business Insider and an overnight crime reporter for the Chicago Sun-Times. My images and writing have also been published in The Daily Beast, Sports Illustrated, The Progressive, Le Figaro, Le Parisien, Paris Match, Les Echos, The Capital Times, reports by the Center for Civilians in Conflict, and others.
Based in Wisconsin and France, I've worked on three continents and counting. I've photographed the Pine Ridge and Standing Rock Reservations, the US-Mexico border, the front lines of Ukraine, Tropical Storm Florence, Ligue 1 matches, homicides and protests in Chicago and New York City, and more. I hold a master's degree from the Medill School of Journalism and a certificate in photojournalism from the Spéos Photography School in Paris. Random facts: I played college rugby and write historical fiction about the French Revolution. |
